Bio

Leticia Eboli is a Brazilian artist recently living in the United States. Her work seeks to establish conversations with other people and investigate how much of our desires are hidden in the micro-moments of everyday life. She works with and from books, appropriates everyday objects, and exercises co-creation practices. She uses writing, drawings, collages, and fragments of the world as means to share new conversations. With a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Master's degree from COPPEAD-UFRJ, where her research focused on co-creation practices, she worked for over ten years at the largest audiovisual company in Latin America managing people in communication projects. She currently works as an art educator and has participated in projects such as adult literacy programs, workshops for children, collective exhibitions, and urban interventions. She pursues self-directed education through courses in arts and writing. Leticia is the mother of Nina, her 7-year-old creative partner.
